The Juice Beauty GREEN APPLE® Brightening Collection is a five-piece skincare set formulated to create a brighter, more radiant, even-toned and smoother complexion.

These products, contain malic acid from organic green apples and a potent age-defying cocktail of peptides, DMAE, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, and CoQ10. However, the Juice Beauty GREEN APPLE® Brightening Collection is not recommended for those who are very sensitive or have rosacea due to the alpha/beta hydroxy fruit acids in the products--if you have this type of skin, you would be better off trying their Daily Essentials Collection.

Key Ingredients include:

• Malic Acid From Organic Apples and Alpha-Hydroxy Acids - Which exfoliate to support naturally beautiful skin.

• Alpha Lipoic Acid - Which fight free radicals that lead to premature aging.

GREEN APPLE Brightening Gel Cleanser (2 oz)

I liked this cleanser, it did the job it was supposed to do. I did find it a bit drying for morning use and preferred to use it at night to help remove my makeup. It was an effective cleanser but nothing out of the ordinary.

GREEN APPLE Brightening SPF 15 Moisturizer (0.5 oz)

This moisturizer was very opaque and white and I really had to rub it in well otherwise it felt like it was just sitting on my skin. I like that it included SPF but because of its thick consistency I only used it a facial sunscreen when I knew I was going to be outside for an extended period of time. So I would only use this product during the summer months.

GREEN APPLE Age Defy Moisturizer (0.5 oz)

I enjoyed this moisturizer much more than the Brightening SPF one and used it as my day cream. However, I didn’t find it wasn't moisturizing enough for night time use. I need something a bit richer at night.

GREEN APPLE Age Defy Serum (0.25 oz)

I hate to say it but I wasn't a fan of this serum and I do love a good serum. It felt sticky on my skin and didn’t really absorb that well.

GREEN APPLE Peel Full Strength (0.5 oz)

This product is like a chemical peel and it was far too strong for my skin. It kind of burned my face upon application and left my skin red and blotchy afterwards. It did the opposite of what it claims to do. Here is my full review on this product.

I have to say all of these products did have a pleasant citrusy smell to them.

All of Juice Beauty products are vegan and formulated without parabens, sulphates, phthalates, petroleum, propylene/butylene glycol, pesticides, artificial dyes, or synthetic fragrances and are never tested on animals. And they all get a 0-3 rating from the Think Dirty App.

The Juice Beauty Green Apple collection was a miss for me. I didn’t notice any improvements to my skin and I didn’t really enjoy using the products. However, I am glad a kit like this exists because you get a big enough supply of product to try out without breaking the bank.

While I didn’t enjoy this line from Juice Beauty I did really enjoy the Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle solution kit and I will be reviewing it shortly.
